como faço para eliminar?

Primeiro certifica-te que é mesmo cochonilha, a mim parece-me e não me ocorre outra coisa... mas ao mesmo tempo parecem-me muito grandes... pode ser da foto, vê este link Cochineal  .... tens la exemplos, como eliminar , o que eles fazem (por exemplo ve se os teus tmb deixam um rasto pegajoso pela planta) ... Vai atualizando e boa sorte com isso

Pelas pesquisas parece ser, só pelas semelhanças entre o que está na planta e as fotos da net.

"1. A mixture of alcohol and soap. In order to prepare it, just dissolve a spoonful of liquid soap in a small amount of lukewarm water. Next, add a litre of water and (optionally) a spoonful of methanol. Once the soapy mixture is ready, sprinkle it on the plant.
2. A fern infusion. Prepare an infusion with a handful of fern leaves for each litre of water, and fumigate the plant. This remedy is used mainly on indoor plants. 
3. A liquid of tobacco and soap. Begin by diluting a spoonful of soap in 5 litres of water. Then add 6 spoonfuls of tobacco. Mix well and fumigate the plant.
4. An oregano potion. Macerate 3 spoonfuls of dry oregano per litre of water, and let it sit for 7 days. Strained and sprinkle on the plant every two weeks.
5. Natural predators. Employ other insects that are enemies of cochineals, like ladybugs and parasitic wasps. Often these predators appear naturally on the ground beneath outdoor crops anyway, which is why many growers stress the importance of preserving and stimulating local insect biodiversity."

Fiz ontem, mais ou menos, a primeira opção, mas não pulverizei, andei a limpar alguns ramos afectados com algodão embedido na solução.

Deu algum resultado? vai fazendo isso até elas desaparecerem, porque nao desaparecem logo a primeira

Como disse inicialmente, ontem depois da limpeza parecia já não haver mais desses bichos, hoje ao chegar fui ver e já tinha pelo menos num ramo.

é porque eu acho que eles vão pondo ovos... mas com mais umas limpezas deves estar safo

E devem crescer depressa, achas que pulverizando será mais eficaz? Da próxima vez vou fazer.

Não te sei dizer se é ou nao mais eficaz, mas acho que vai dar ao mesmo
