Kratom é legal em Portugal?

So is kratom legal in Portugal? All I've managed to find regarding this is that kratom has been included in the following list: “PLANTAS E RESPETIVOS CONSTITUINTES ATIVOS” (along with amanita mata-moscas lol), but I still can't figure out - is it legal to use, buy and sell in Portugal???

Even if it isn't illegal,I'm pretty sure you're going to need to buy it off the internet.. but I think it's illegal because they banned a lot of stuff when the country started getting a lot of smartshops or something

I don't expect to find kratom in a physical store of course. It's just not quite clear for me - is it really illegal or not?

About the mushrooms, they grow naturally here in Portugal around October, November from what I know..
the kratom thing I don't think it's actually illegal but it might be illegal to purchase or sell since it's a listed psychoactive substance
